If you received a damaged package or there is an order discrepancy,

Include the order number along with the reason for the return when you contact
us. Apothecus may credit shipping charges if your merchandise is defective
or
damaged.

within 30 days of receipt, subject to the exceptions cited below:

return items by mail. We will
take your information, provide return instructions, and alert

fulfillment center so that both your return and credit refund

return the
